ColourPop Pressed Powder Shadows
Here’s a recap of the original set of ColourPop Pressed Powders ($5.00 for 0.042 oz.) that launched! Some were lovely, while some were misses, but they are promising and I look forward to seeing more shades in the future. Did you try any?
Just In Time is a light-medium gold with warm, yellow undertones and a frosted finish. The pigmentation was fantastic, while the texture was smooth, creamy without being too powdery or too dense, and easy to blend out on the lid. Read full review.
ColourPop Hear Me Out Pressed Shadow ($5.00 for 0.035 oz.) is a light beige with a satin finish. The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be "highly pigmented" with an "ultra-velvety and silky" texture that is "long-wearing" and "adheres easily to the eyes." Read full review.
High Strung is a medium-dark, coppery brown with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had good color coverage with a slightly drier, looser consistency that applied well to bare skin but didn't diffuse along the edges as seamlessly as a better performing eyeshadow. Read full review.
