Best Sydney Grace Eyeshadows (2022)

Sydney Grace Eyeshadows come in three formulas: Matte Shadows, Pressed Pigment Shadows, and Shimmer Shadows. They have over 200 single eyeshadows to choose from, plus bundles and palettes (both of which are excluded from this roundup!), which can make it overwhelming to pick shades to try if you’re unfamiliar with the range. It gets harder still given that they’ve rated fairly highly across the board! Below, you’ll find the top 125 shades (yeah, that was the cut off to get to the A-s!).

You can also view Editor’s Recommended shades here.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

How I wish that her special sale to raise money for the workers who lost their homes to the fires was at the beginning of October instead! Because I would not only love to help out, but I’d also like to try out her fabulous e/s formula. Timing, though. Everything is in the timing these days. That didn’t matter to me last year, or so I thought. Perhaps SG will do a 2nd one at a later date.

Could seriously look at these all day. It’s super to be able to look at true swatches for these beauties, as opposed to their site. One reason that T is indispensable. One of many.

I love Syndey Grace. I think I may pick up one of the multichrome cream shadows this time. What I really want is for the Chase Your Dreams palette to be back in stock!!

To elaborate, other than categorizing one bunch “pressed pigment shadow” and the other “shimmer shadow” on the Sydney Grace website, I can’t see an obvious difference between both formulas. The description and the ingredients list for both the Pressed Pigment and the Shimmer Shadow are exactly the same (I compared Always Yours Pressed Pigment Shadow against Secret Shimmer Shadow, both of which are pink luminous shadows). The “Formula Overview” on the Temptalia website for both are also exactly the same except for the names.

I’ve never worked with Sydney Grace shadows but in my experience, when working with a brand that offers a pressed pigment shadow alongside their normal formula, there is a difference in pigmentation and ingredients – or some ingredients listed aren’t FDA approved for eyes. But in the case of Sydney Grace, the ingredients are exactly the same. What am I missing?
