I already purchased anything I need/finish in the next 2-3 months with the 20% off code I received via e-mail last month… 15% is lower, so I’m not actually sad I’ll most likely skip this sale. 😀
But I might change my mind… hopefully I’ll get to visit my family back in Europe later this year, so I might get some presents. I usually buy brands that are not available in Europe for my brother’s girlfriend, quite small trickles for my little sister (fun lip balms and hand cream) and the mandatory Marc Jacobs eye liner for my mom.
And the Olaplex Bonding Oil… I still want to like Olaplex, but nothing I tried from the brand worked for me. Do I still want to try the oil? Yes! It’s probably nothing more than over-hyped over-priced blend of oils? Most likely yes. 😆
Are Inkey List products available in the sale? They are dirt cheap, like The Ordinary, so I always assume they are excluded.
Fine print, exactly as Sephora provided it, is above i full!
I got The Inkey List on discount with the last code they provided. It wasn’t excluded.
I’m planning to grab the Viseart Liason, Natasha Denona Coral, and Natasha Denona Sunrise palettes. That’s all I truly want. I may get a crystal roller, but I’m on the fence with it. I’m definitely getting the palettes. I have a $50 gift card I’ve been holding onto and with the 20% off, that will make this a nice deal.
Interesting. This will be the third 15% off I received since May (missed the spring discount). One came a week later, and one came in late July (with the $75 purchase in early July). Lack of sales? Competition?
Thank you, Sephora!! I am thinking about the Melt palette. The more I look at it the more I like it and it got an overall score of A- so not bad. I feel like I have so many palettes that adding another seems ridiculous. I am waffling back and forth but I have a couple of skin care items in my bag so I will definitely be picking up a few things. Now if Etsy would just give me 20% off everything, I would be stoked!!
I’ll be out of town with no wifi until the 24th, so I hope the things I want aren’t sold out by then! I’ll maybe pick up the Impulsive palette and definitely pick up the two #Lipstories colors I want. I think I need more FAB moisturizer too.
Can the code be used more than once during the sale period?
Yes!
Does anyone know if I open a credit card the day of the sale I want to shop, I’ll get the first purchase 15% off plus the rouge 20% off discount? I’ve been waiting to open a card and that would be the time if it would work…
The discounts probably don’t stack, but I’d be interested to find out as well!
I just called to check and spoke with a credit manager and sadly no, they don’t stack
I don’t think so. The Fine Print says, “Cannot be used in conjunction with other offer or reward.” Of course, it wouldn’t hurt to call and double-check.
This is a skip for me just like the spring and all other through the summer…the 15% is NOT enough for me to want to purchase anything. I am waiting for the 20% for VIB in November. I have been hanging onto a $150 gift card just for the 20%
Once it turns midnight, I’m pressing pay on my cart with the 20% bonus! Purple WILL be involved, LOL ?
What did you get? So far I grabbed a eye roller set and Natasha Denona Sunrise. I decided to hold off on her Coral palette for now, and I’m going back and forth on getting Liaison by Viseart, which is a purple palette.
Thanks for posting this information, Christine. I didn’t receive it from Sephora, despite being a Rouge for years. I get daily emails from them…but nothing on this.
I might get a rollerball of Light di Gioia. I almost got it last time I was in there but changed my mind and now I want it.
This will probably be a skip for me, as 15% isn’t much when considering sales tax. The main reason though is that Sephora uses OnTrac to deliver and there’s no way I know of to delay or reschedule shipment if the recipient won’t be home when shipment could occur. This is the second time I’ve had to skip a Sephora sale, since I travel more often nowadays.
I might get a Pat McGrath Mothership palette, but I’m hesitating — I still haven’t been able to pull the trigger on a palette over $100. With Natasha Denona Lila already discounted, I am very tempted.
I’ve been on a low buy this year and am not sure I will make Rouge for next year. So I skipped the MUSEPRO sale to spend on Sephora. I am getting backups of all of my HG concealers and eye primers, as well as DE Protini which has become the one non-health store brand skin care that I seem to like and repurchase. I also thought I’d try some of the new Sephora lip pies that you recently reviewed, Christine. And am getting a COY backup as it’s my favorite eye palette of all time and I use it constantly.
I am already home from the closest Sephora. PMG foundation, ND Coral Palette, and ABH x Jackie Aina Palette. Plus online purchase of a silk pillowcase (I have no collagen left and these really do help), Marvis toothpaste, and Cocofloss. Online purchases were made with a gift card.
I bought the CT flawless finish powder (which was my #1 choice) and then if it’s in stock on Friday I’ll be getting the Hourglass Scattered Light in Vivid.
And maybe some Purity.
And maybe a few brushes …. we’ll see.
I’m no longer Rouge, and I’m pretty proud of that. My goal next year is to not be VIB.
