Best Viseart Eyeshadow Palettes of All Time

Best of Viseart

Eyeshadow Palettes

If you’re looking for the best Viseart Eyeshadow Palette, I hope this post helps point you in the right direction! When Viseart first rose to fame in the beauty community, their 12-pan palettes were what caught our attention, though makeup artists had the palettes in their kits. The latter is also why the 12-pan palettes don’t follow more conventional palette “rules” that we see in a lot of mainstream releases, but as Viseart grew, so did their offerings with the introduction of more consumer-friendly formats like Petit PRO, Theory, and the newest 9-pan palettes (which have the nicest packaging of all the palettes they make). A lot of their palettes are permanent, though a few have been limited edition, which are included below for an all-time overview of the brand and its palettes.

My own personal favorites are Paris Nudes, which is a collection of 12 satin-to-pearl neutral shades; Bijoux Royal and Boheme Dream (both of which are limited edition) for pops of color; and the Theory palettes in Cashmere and Minx.  Over time, I have also found that Dark Matte is a good workhorse palette if you tend to wear more colorful looks, as it pairs well with the numerous shimmer/metallic shades we’ve seen over the years.

My three faves are Cool Mattes, Amethyst, and Absinthe. I haven’t had that much trouble with them but I always use a primer with my oily lids. So surprised to see them rated so poorly. Maybe I haven’t experienced the real greatness? Haha. I do have to use some glitter glue with the glittery shades in Absinthe because of the glitter but I get nothing but compliments when I wear that palette. (Of course, I only have Tryst, Petit pro 1, and Cashmere in addition to the others.)

If I were to get any more Viseart, those would be it. Could not justify the dark mattes, due to dupes, but think that palette is totally brilliant.

I definitely want to try Dark Mattes, but the Grande Pro 1 is my favorite out of all the matte palettes I’ve owned. For some reason it works better for me than the original Neutral Matte palette even. The only row I don’t like is the bottom row, because those types of gray create a truly shadowed or hollowed out look on me (i.e., it makes my eyes look older), which isn’t the goal lol.

I don’t have any Viseart palettes myself and I can’t help noticing how their quality has declined in recent times.
The Cashmere and Chroma palettes were the ones that suit me the most.
Almost all of the others contain too many shades that I really wouldn’t use. But I know that others have loved them.

I only have a few Viseart palettes but the ones I have are great. I have Paris Nudes, Tryst, Cashmere, Chroma and Amethyst. One of these days I will likely pick up some more but with my PML palettes and other really good palettes it isn’t a priority.

The only Viseart palette I have is the Cashmere one. A few months ago, to my amazement, Sephora had some of them in-store but they had neither Absinthe nor Chroma and those are the only other 2 I really want (mostly Chroma; Absinthe would be more of a novelty one that I would probably hardly ever use). I do love Cashmere, though – it has such wearable colours in such a rich, velvety texture.

I have collected several Viseart palettes and I love them! Paris Nudes, Bijoux Royal, Cool Mattes, Neutral Mattes, Dark Mattes, Grande Pro 1, Cashmere, Amethyst Theory, Tryst. Cashmere and Tryst as well as the Dark Mattes are my least favorite. They have spoiled me for other eyeshadow palettes. I really don’t need any others….. EVER.? Enough to last a lifetime.

Viseart is the brand that I have the most of eyeshadows from. It would be faster for me to list what I don’t have haha. I especially love their soft shimmer formula for colorful looks. It allows me to create dimension in my looks and to wear colors on the daily.

My personal favorites…
-Neutral mattes, I will repurchase this palette, for sure. I use it daily.
-Boheme Dream, the colorful option in my collection
-Dark mattes, as you said a beautiful workhorse! It satisfy my needs for dark colorful mattes
-Boheme Dream, the gemstone tones… A huge huge favorite. I wouldn’t want to be without.
-Paris nude, I love to combine it with extremely shimmer eyeshadow or use it when I am running late. I used it a few time on my mother who is passed 70 and it was brilliant.

I love them all but I realise now that I am more into their themed 12 pans palettes. It resonates with me and I love making a selection of shadows when the week begins (I depotted everything)

I think the only palette I wouldn’t rebuy is Sultry Muse because of a few glittery shades… But I should give it another try with glitter glue!

I have always been disappointed in Paris Nude – and after clicking through to read your original review, I realize that mine has one key difference from yours. Two of the shades in the top row (the second and fourth shades across) have the same kind of glitter flecks you deducted points from the Absinthe palette for. I’m pretty fair and tend to use those lighter shades across the lid, which leaves me with glitter sprinkles all over my face. Your palette is lot 15D and mine is lot 15F (it came from Sephora online in early ’16) so the change must have been made soon after your palette.
