Shiseido VisionAiry Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.05 oz.) is supposed to have “high levels of pigment” for “cushiony, comfortable, weightless color” that lasts for “six hours.” They were pigmented, creamy, and emollient with a soft “set” that helped keep them in place for particularly long-wear (six to eight hours!) but didn’t feel clingy and didn’t have a full-on dry down like a liquid lipstick might. Most shades were more flattering on than others while a few emphasized lip lines or had a bit of product that settled into them.
The biggest downside to the product is that each tube contains a mere 0.05 oz., which is absolutely tiny relative to most traditional lipsticks (often 0.10 to 0.12 oz.), though the size is similar to other lipsticks packaged in slim tubes.
