Shiseido Neon Buzz, Pink Flash, Coral Pop VisionAiry Lipsticks Reviews & Swatches
Neon Buzz (213)
Shiseido Neon Buzz (213) VisionAiry Gel Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a brighter, medium-dark pink with soft, warm undertones and a satin finish. It had good pigmentation in a single stroke, which applied somewhat evenly but wasn’t nearly as high-performing as other shades.
The texture seemed more emollient, which helped it glide on but also resulted in a little streaking along the edges and some color that settled into deeper lip lines. It developed light tackiness as it set a bit (but never fully dried down), which made it easier to wear over time. This shade stayed on well for five hours and felt lightly hydrating while worn.

Formula Overview
$26.00/0.05 oz. - $520.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "high levels of pigment" for "cushiony, comfortable, weightless color" that lasts for "six hours." They had rich color coverage in a single stroke, just as promised, and they were creamy and emollient, which made them comfortable and easy to apply on my lips.
The formula has a slight set to it where it is less emollient and clings slightly (but not uncomfortably), so it loses some of the initial slip, which ultimately helps keep the product in place better and for longer. Over time (about an hour or so), the shine wore down a bit and the consistency felt a little tackier, but most of the shades lasted for six to eight hours and some of the mid-tone and deeper shades made it through a meal adequately.
The formula remained comfortable to wear, kept my lips hydrated while worn but they often felt quite good even a few hours later after a shade wore down. There was no discernible scent or taste.
The biggest downside to the product is that each tube contains a mere 0.05 oz., which is absolutely tiny relative to most traditional lipsticks (contrast this with the also-just released ModernMatte lipstick, which is the same price but contains 0.14 oz.).

Pink Flash (214)
Shiseido Pink Flash (214) VisionAiry Gel Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a vivid, deep pink with subtle, warm undertones and a cream finish. The lipstick had a lightweight, creamy, and smooth consistency that felt like melting butter as it glided that readily across my lips, but it set a bit and felt a touch tacky and a lot less emollient without fully drying down or becoming matte. It had nearly opaque pigmentation that adhered fairly evenly and lasted well for six hours while giving some hydration while worn.

Coral Pop (217)
Shiseido Coral Pop (217) VisionAiry Gel Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a light coral balanced between pink and orange undertones, though obviously still a warm-toned hue, paired with a satin finish. The product had good pigmentation that applied fairly well across my lips, as it did not tug or pull on them during application, but it seemed a bit more prone to separating along finer lip lines. Thankfully, this wasn’t noticeable in person (just in the close-up photos).
The texture was lightweight, creamy, and smooth with more moderate slip initially but gradually became lightly tacky and almost “clingy” so it adhered quite well and lasted a lot longer than one might have guessed based on that starting texture. It wore nicely for five hours and was lightly moisturizing over time.

I wonder if someone were to use one of these everyday (applied once a day), how long it would take to finish the tube? 0.05oz?!
I’m one of those people who’d rather have less product at a lower price but… 0.05oz?!?!?!
The one I love is one that I typically would never wear; Neon Buzz! It reminds me of my mom’s geraniums that she used to treasure that were in this color. It just screams summer to me.
My mum was a big geranium lover too and she planted them in all different shades of red and pink over our garden. I think it was a popular flower in the 60’s…
These are gorgeous! I want Neon Buzz.
Gorgeous, rich, vibrant shades for spring and summer. They look lovely to wear – so creamy.
