Here’s an overview of the newest ColourPop x Disney Villains Collection (which is also available at Ulta, mostly in Villain-themed sets) and how well each product rated! My favorite item was the Misunderstood Eyeshadow Palette, which had some fun colors and finishes in it. I also loved how Shadow Man Ultra Glossy Lip looked on (even if not perfectly pigmented)!

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Apart from some of those jelly eye shadows, this is an excellent collection from Colour Pop. The bright jewel shades of the eyeshadow palette makes it quite different to the warmer offerings of late. The highlighters are lovely and lipsticks vibrant shades. Very pretty.

ColourPop did a splendid job with this collection! Fell hardest for the palette, highlighters, 3 lip glosses and a few odds and ends with Jelly Much and the lipsticks. The only thing I can find any serious fault with is the bland shades for Hades (and no blue!), and that I wish Ursula’s lipstick had been more fitting, as in deeper and more purple. Otherwise, this collab, plus UD GOT may just break the bank!

I really like quite a lot from this release but, and lately there is always a but, I am not willing to break my no/low buy to get anything. I think overall ColourPop did a great job with this collection.

Love this collection! I got the palette and the Maleficent bundle. The palette is wonderful and I’m still waiting for Maleficent. Teetering on the brink of the jelly much shadows but still unsure. Is it like the zodiac pigments? Try one to see if I like it? I’m on the fence.

You might try one if you make another order at some point – they can be very pretty and different (especially the less common shades) but they’re a cream, so you wouldn’t want too many that you weren’t using as they won’t last as long as powder.

I think CP did a great job with this. For myself, I’d like to have seen a blue highlighter and/or lipstick for Hades, but I can understand that CP probably wanted to keep it more “wearable” so everyone could wear their favorite villain. The palette looks wonderful. I’m curious to finally try the Jelly Much shadows when they arrive.

A few less-than-stellar bits, but overall a really nice release. And I appreciate the villains theme to balance the “bunnies and sunshine” princess theme. I gave in and acquired the Maleficent lipstick and Shadow Man gloss.
