Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

What’s been in your rotation the most this week? I haven’t been wearing a lot of makeup between watery allergy eyes and styes, and another round of hormonal cystic acne on my face. Lancome Teint Idole 24H Foundation and e.l.f. Maximum Coverage Concealer – Oil Free have been saving my life. I’ve been wearing Milani Amore Matte Lip Creme in Lust a lot lately.

What caught your eye? BhCosmetics Carli Bybel 14 Color Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette. I went shopping with a friend, and she recommended it. I swatched it in person and was sold. Gorgeous highlighters, and I find the eye shades very fair skin friendly. I also swatched the Tarte Pro Palette. Goodness knows I don’t need it, but it was so beautiful. My swatches actually caught another customers eye, and she bought it on the spot. (I should have gotten a commission, yes? lol) Anyway, it’s definitely going on my Christmas list.

Mona. Used Ciate big palette a bunch. And, still not believing that I almost took it back, the last 2 shades in the summer DI palette. Those are such no brainers all year round, esp given my love for brown reds. Love ‘fall’ colors all year round. Eye caught by nip & FAB, trying 2. Also, refinery 29 had a Black Friday list. American Giant! Yes. Made in USA, all cotton options, what’s not to like? They’re my fallback, no brainer clothing. OMG comfortable and exceptionally well made. A bit extravagant for sweats, but the dress code for my prof (day) job is total grubbies. So nice for the NE winters. I really think AG is in a class by itself. I have both women’s, which are cut a tad skinny, for sweats, and men’s. If my wardrobe caught fire, they’d be the first things I’d grab.
