Urban Decay Chaos 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner)Urban Decay Chaos 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a brighter, cobalt blue with strong, cool blue undertones with faint sparkle over a more matte finish.
