NARS Ocean Drive High-Pigment Longwear Eyeliner ($24.00 for 0.03 oz.) is a bright, cobalt blue with cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in one layer, which adhered evenly and smoothly to my skin without tugging or skipping. The texture was creamy, smooth, and easy to maneuver along my lower lash line and water line. It had vibrant color that really popped when applied, but it seemed faster to migrate toward my outer corners as there was a bit of blue where I didn't put it after seven hours of wear (similar wear times on lower lash line and lower water line).
