Marc Jacobs Out of the Blue Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon ($25.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a bright cobalt blue with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in one pass, and the texture was smooth, creamy, and comfortable to apply as it did not tug on my lash line. The eyeliner wore well for nine hours on my waterline and twelve hours on my lower lash line.
