Viseart Single Eyeshadows Reviews & Swatches ("Shimmering Purple & Berry" Look)
Stardust (GPV2 #1)
Viseart Stardust (GPV2 #1) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a pale, peachy-pink with warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic sheen. It had semi-sheer to medium color coverage, which is actually how this finish (Crystalline) is intended, though I found it sheerer and drier with more dispersion/less adhesion compared to the one I have in the Grande Pro. Vol. 2 palette. For better application and more intense coverage, I’d use it with a wet brush. If I really pack it on and build up the coverage, I ended up with moderate fallout. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview
-
The eyeshadow formula is supposed to be "pigment[ed]" with "smooth and even application" that is "long-lasting." The matte shades are typically semi-opaque to opaque but buildable with soft, velvety textures that can sometimes be a little powdery or slightly firm, depending on the shade. I find that the mattes are often best suited to someone who likes control over pigmentation and may prefer to build up color; they regularly perform better in practice than just swatched on the arm as well.
The shimmer shades range from satin to metallic, and the more metallic shades tend to feel creamier to the touch, while the satin ones have a fine pearl to them that looks almost melted on the lid once blended out. Both the mattes and shimmers are blendable and easy to work with. Most of Viseart's eyeshadows wear between seven and nine hours on me.

Space Dust (GPV2 #24)
Viseart Space Dust (GPV2 #24) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) has a warm, reddish-lum base with cooler, blue-to-violet shifting sparkle. It had a drier, looser consistency that was prone to sheering out and had moderate fallout. I found this to be substantially drier, sheerer, and far less desirable to work with compared to the pan I have of it in the Grande Pro Vol. 2 palette. Per the brand, the Duochrome finish is supposed to have “medium coverage,” which this particular pan had. It was buildable but lots of fallout when I did so, and it was another shade I’d recommend using with a wet brush to improve adhesion (and minimize fallout) and opacity (if desired). It lasted for eight hours on me before I noticed fading.

Zeus (GPV2 #20)
Viseart Zeus (GPV2 #20) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a medium purple with cool undertones and a sparkling sheen. It had good color coverage that adhered evenly to bare skin but sheered out slightly, and if I wasn’t careful, there was a bit of fallout when initially applied and blended out over bare skin. This shade stayed on for just over eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.

Mulberry (Amethyst #3)
Viseart Mulberry (Amethyst #3) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a muted, medium plum with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had buildable pigmentation from semi-opaque to opaque (two layers) with a soft, thinner consistency that was a touch firmer in the pan but didn’t prove to be difficult to apply or to blend out on my skin. It wore nicely for eight and a half hours on me before fading visibly.

Raspberry (Bright Editorial #10)
Viseart Raspberry (Bright Editorial #10) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a medium-dark, pinky red with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color coverage with a fairly soft consistency that was just a little drier and thinner than the average matte by Viseart but softer than most reddish matte eyeshadows I’ve tried (they’re often on the grainy side). The eyeshadow applied evenly and blended out nicely along the edges. It lasted well for eight and a half hours on me and left a stain behind.

Thank you for reviewing all of these! I love the Zeus color… :o)
Zeus is gorgeous! I’m going through a purple eyeshadow phase right now. I recently bought Colourpop’s It’s My Pleasure palette and Daddy single shadow, and I just found UD’s Flash single in hiding in a drawer (I forgot I had bought it a few years ago). So I need to not overdo it — like I always do — and give Zeus a pass.
One went on my WL: Raspberry. What a gorgeous pinky-red eyeshadow! Not a shade I’m usually drawn to, either. Just looks beautiful used in the purple centered look you did shown above.
I came really close to picking up Space Dust the other day and now I am glad I waited. It is great to be able to get the shades we want without having to buy an entire palette although once I went through and put all the shades I wanted into my cart, I determined I would have to rob Fort Knox to check out so I am holding on whether to get some until after I pick up the Coy palette, which is soon!
Very pretty shades, but the quality is lacking in a few. A bit disappointing from Viseart. Lovely eye look Christine.
Raspberry is a stunner!
