Off Balance is a medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had buildable coverage from semi-opaque to opaque in two layers. The texture was silky and smooth to the touch, but it was on the more powdery side and looked a bit dry applied to my skin. It lasted nicely for seven and a half hours before fading a bit.
