Anastasia Monte Carlo is a moderately warm-toned, dark pink with a matte finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $12.00 and contains 0.06 oz.
Monte Carlo is a medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. There were very, very tiny golden shimmers strewn throughout but weren't noticeable to my eye at all in person, so it looked like a matte finish in practice. It had excellent pigmentation with a smooth, soft, and blendable texture that was slightly powdery in the pan but not prone to fallout during application. It wore well eight hours on me before fading visibly.
