Urban Decay Star Stunner Hi-Fi Shine Ultra Cushion Lip Gloss ($20.00 for 0.23 oz.) has a clear base with holographic sparkle--and it was described as having a clear base. It had semi-sheer coverage with respect to the sparkle, which was fine enough not to add texture to the gloss. The texture was smooth, more like a gel-cream hybrid, that was comfortable to apply and to wear. The gloss didn't settle into my lips, and it was moisturizing over the three hours it lasted for.
