It had semi-opaque coverage in one stroke, which was buildable to opaque coverage if I applied a second layer after the first one had dried down. (Trying to improve coverage while it is drying just moves the product around and creates an uneven, streaky result!) Once dry, the eyeliner stayed in place for the ten hours I wore it for. Liquid Liner was one of our original color products, and we’re always reinventing and improving it. Since we can never get enough color, we also wanted to expand our range with more dimensional shades and multiple finishes.
