Urban Decay Smoke 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a dark, slightly cool-toned gray with a matte finish. The pigmentation was weaker in a single layer--barely approaching medium coverage--but it was fairly buildable. It could have applied more evenly, and I think the more velvety, perhaps more silicone-heavy, formula made it more likely to push product around when layered than I've experienced with other shades.
As a thin line of product on the lash line, the unevenness was harder to see in person, which is the nature of reviewing eyeliners--small deficits in performance are obvious in macro photos but not always in person. It wore well for nine hours before fading/thinning noticeably.
