Urban Decay Junkie 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a bright pop of blue-teal with strong, cool undertones and flecks of green-gold shifting sparkle. I've been using (and loving) this shade for years, despite its more lackluster "performance" when it comes to a review.
I find that it is more semi-opaque in a single layer, and while it can be built up, it does take some finessing to even out the shimmer as it doesn't spread as evenly as it could. The texture was quite creamy, smooth, and comfortable to work with. It stayed on well for nine and a half hours before migrating slightly.
