Sephora Waterfall (47) 12-Hour Contour Eyeliner Pencil (2021) ($11.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a rich, blue-based teal with a metallic finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which built up well to full coverage with a second layer.
The texture was smooth, lightly emollient with good glide, but it never felt too wet to work with, so it was blendable but still didn't get into fine lines as it dried down. It wore well for 10 hours before fading a bit but was still visible (about ~70%) at the 12-hour mark.
