Marc Jacobs Top Seacret (88) Highliner Gel Eye Crayon ($25.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a "teal shimmer." It's a medium-dark blue with very subtle "teal" leanings--like it is a little "warmer" compared to a true medium blue, but it isn't really teal. The color payoff was semi-sheer in a single pass, and the consistency was a little dry, so it tended to drag and apply unevenly. I found it difficult to get really opaque color with this shade, and as a fan of teal (personally), this might have been the one I was most excited for. It wore for fourteen hours with no signs of fading or smudging. Kat Von D D.R.A. (P, $10.00) is bluer, cooler-toned. bareMinerals True Blue (LE) is less shimmery, darker. Gucci Beauty Iconic Ottanio (P, $32.00) is darker. L'Oreal True Teal (260) (P, $8.99) is warmer, more pigmented. Urban Decay Gonzo (LE, $19.00) is less shimmery, brighter. Marc Jacobs Beauty Ody(sea) (62) (P, $25.00) is greener. Tarina Tarantino Kanzashi (P, $15.00) is lighter. NARS Khao San Road (P, $24.00) is slightly lighter.
