ColourPop Stingraye Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.11 fl. oz.) is described as a "cool-toned mauve brown." It's a muted, medium-dark mauve with subtle, cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. There is a light sheen to it, and it has a more "plastic" like feel on the lips that is smooth but a little tacky and not fully matte.
