ColourPop @ Me Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick ($6.50 for 0.11 oz.) is a dusty, light-medium pink with subtle,w arm undertones and a flat, matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which needed a second layer for full opacity. The consistency was thinner, a little watery compared to other shades in the same formula that I've tried in the past. I was pleasantly surprised that it ended up applying evenly across my lips, but there was a bit of product that sank into and dried down in my deeper lip lines. It lasted well for five hours and was neither drying nor hydrating over time.
