ColourPop Instigator is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium coral with a semi-matte finish. It is a limited edition lipstick that retails for $6.50 and contains 0.11 oz.
Instigator is a medium, peachy coral with warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It took over an hour to fully dry down, though it was mostly matte and transfer-proof after a couple of minutes--there was just a sheen to it for a long time. It was richly pigmented, smooth and thin without being watery, and covered evenly. The major issue I had was the way the color pulled away noticeably around lip lines, so it looked "cracked" when I smiled. This shade wore well for six hours, faded away evenly, and was somewhat drying after four hours. I found that the color included in the trio was noticeably pinker than the standalone shade I have.
