ColourPop Are You Surreal, Sky Walking, Infinite Best Lippie Stix Reviews & Swatches
Are You Surreal
ColourPop Are You Surreal Lippie Stix ($5.50 for 0.04 oz.) is a deep, raspberry pink with cool, bluish undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had good color coverage, though it was shy of full coverage. The texture was denser and slightly firm, so there was a noticeable tug as I applied the color across my lips. The color applied evenly, but there was a touch of product that sank into my lip lines, and it seemed to emphasize my lip texture a bit. It wore well for five and a half hours and was neither drying nor hydrating on me.

Formula Overview
$7.00/0.0352 oz. - $198.86 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "full coverage" with a "long-wearing, ultra comfortable" feel. Because there are quite a few finishes in the range, some of the results depend more on the finish.
The matte finish tends to be thinner, drier, and firmer in the tube, and they can, occasionally, tug on my lips noticeably during application, but usually have good pigmentation and long wear; they range from non-drying to somewhat drying.
The Creme finish has a creamier, more emollient quality to it that has excellent pigmentation, comfortable wear, and good wear time (four to six hours); it tends to be a little hydrating but occasionally suffers from issues where product gathers in lip lines or they don't go on as evenly as they could. There's a soft, sweet vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

Sky Walking
ColourPop Sky Walking Matte X Lippie Stix ($5.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a vibrant, medium red with cool, blue undertones and a nearly matte finish. The lipstick was nearly opaque in a single layer, and the color applied evenly and smoothly across my lips without tugging. There was a touch of emphasis of my overall lip texture in the close-up, but I thought it looked rather smoothing in person. The texture was velvety, lightweight, and glided on easily but didn’t feel slippery or emollient, yet it wasn’t drying when worn. The color stayed on nicely for over six hours and left a reddish stain behind.

Formula Overview
$6.00/0.0352 oz. - $170.45 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "full-coverage" with a "super matte" finish that has a "lightweight and velvety feel." I'd agree with all of those things--most shades were opaque while a few were more semi-opaque to mostly opaque. The texture has a silicone-heavy feel to it, so it has the velvety slip that used to be more typical of face primers than lip products, but this silicone-heavy type of formula has made its way into lip products to give a more matte finish with a smoother, more velvety consistency. The consistency feels a bit denser, though it remains lightweight, and usually delivers even coverage in a single stroke that doesn't tug. The formula wears anywhere from four to eight hours on me, and it is typically neither drying nor hydrating. There's a soft, sweet vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

Infinite Best
ColourPop Infinite Best Matte X Lippie Stix ($5.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a deep burgundy with warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The pigmentation was nearly opaque in a single layer, while the consistency was velvety and smooth with excellent glide. I think the Matte X formula is underrated; they apply like melting butter but don’t actually slide around. This particular shade gravitated toward my lip lines just slightly but wasn’t noticeable from a normal viewing distance. It was comfortable to wear over the six hours it lasted for, and the formula was neither drying nor hydrating on me.

Infinite Best and Sky Walking are ? stunning! But alas, I do have dupes of both. ? Boo-hoo and bah-humbug to that!
These are all really pretty shades. My daughter loves a good vampy lip and the shade Infinite Best looks like it is right up her alley. I will have to see if I have room for it in her advent calendar. I am coming down to the wire and need to make sure I have 25 things. Seems like each year I will be under by one or two and then have to figure something out!!
Infinite Best is my favourite shade and these look pretty good.
I was seriously considering Infinite Best and Sky Walking during my recent CP purchase, but I have Chateau and about a dozen-and-a-half reds, so … no.
