Bobbi Brown Spring Pink Luxe Lip Color
Bobbi Brown Spring Pink Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “true pink.” It’s a bright, light-medium pink with subtle, warmer undertones and a creamy finish. It had mostly opaque coverage, but this shade had more slip than the average shade in this formula, so it didn’t apply as evenly as anticipated–there were very subtle streaks/lines when I pressed my lips together. The formula was comfortable to wear and moderately moisturizing, while the color lasted well for four and a half hours on me. YSL Caress Pink (9) (P, $34.00) is lighter, glossier (95% similar). Buxom Mistress (DC, $21.00) is lighter (95% similar). MAC Nouvelle Vogue (LE, $19.00) is darker, cooler (90% similar). Guerlain #62 (P, $36.00) is darker, cooler (90% similar). Bite Beauty Éclair (DC, $24.00) is more muted, warmer (90% similar). Chanel Edith (424) (P, $37.00) is lighter (90% similar). Guerlain Geraldine (77) (DC, $58.00) is brighter, glossier (90% similar). Bobbi Brown Posh Pink Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “creamy violet pink.” It’s a light-medium, cotton candy pink with strong, blue undertones and a creamy finish paired with a light shine. It had semi-opaque color payoff with a fair amount of slip, so while it didn’t tug on the lips, it seemed to slide around slightly during wear, which gave it a more uneven appearance at times. The formula is hydrating but only lasted for three and a half hours. Estee Lauder Powerful (P, $32.00) is darker, warmer (95% similar). Urban Decay Obsessed (DC, $18.00) is lighter, warmer (90% similar). Sephora Girl Crush (16) (P, $13.00) is less shimmery, darker, warmer (90% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Virgin Rose (P, $57.00) is lighter (90% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Dream Obscene (Lip Color) (PiP, ) is lighter, more muted (90% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Lou (LE, $36.00) is lighter, less glossy (90% similar). NARS Roman Holiday (P, $26.00) is less shimmery, darker, warmer (90% similar). Urban Decay Obsessed (DC, $22.00) is lighter, warmer (90% similar). ColourPop Chubby Bunny (P, $7.00) is less shimmery, lighter (90% similar). NARS Goodbye Emmanuelle (LE, $26.00) is brighter (90% similar). YSL Fetish Pink (8) (P, $34.00) is lighter (85% similar). Cle de Peau Water Lily (LE, $65.00) is more muted, warmer (85% similar). MAC Speed Dial (P, $19.00) is darker, brighter (85% similar). NARS Marisa (P, $34.00) is darker, warmer (90% similar). Urban Decay Brat (DC, $18.00) is lighter (85% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Preston (LE, $36.00) is lighter, brighter (85% similar). Maybelline Power Peony (720) (P, $7.49) is lighter, brighter, cooler (80% similar). Clinique Wow Pop (P, $19.50) is cooler, less glossy (80% similar). Bite Beauty Kumquat (LE, $24.00) is lighter, brighter (80% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.
Bobbi Brown Raspberry Pink Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “bright blue fuchsia.” It’s a bold, bright, medium-dark fuchsia pink with strong, blue undertones and a light shine. It had nearly opaque pigmentation with a lightweight, creamy consistency that sat well on lips and made them look smoother and plumper. The texture had less slip than the average shade in the range, but it never tugged and glided on readily from the tube. This shade wore well for six hours and was hydrating while worn. Givenchy Fuchsia Irresistible (205) (P, $36.00) is darker, less glossy (95% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Cooper (LE, $36.00) is darker, more muted, less glossy (95% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Alex (P, $36.00) is more shimmery, lighter (95% similar). Charlotte Tilbury Velvet Underground (P, $37.00) is lighter, brighter (95% similar). Marc Jacobs Beauty Roll the Dice (118) (DC, $30.00) is brighter, warmer (95% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Electrique (P, $57.00) is lighter (95% similar). FORMULA SUMMARY | Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is supposed to have one-stroke color coverage with a hydrating, smoothing formula, and “nourishing shine.” I was impressed with the formula as a whole, as the majority of the shades were very pigmented in one pass with a creamy consistency that glided on easily. There’s a richness to the texture that does feel more “luxe” in a way. The natural-to-luminous shine level gives lips a smoother, plumper look, while the formula itself is hydrating and many shades are longer-wearing. I noticed that the lighter shades tended to perform more poorly relative to more light-medium to medium-dark-hued shades. There was a faint floral scent (that was a surprise, I wish they had gone the unscented!), but I didn’t have issues with taste and found it very subtle on (it’s no Dior/Chanel-level scent!). In general, I like Bobbi Brown’s lipstick formulas, and this one feels creamier and more hydrating than others, but for pigmentation, you can’t go wrong with this or the Rich Lip Color formula.

Wow, all three look gorgeous but Raspberry Pink wins for me- simply stunning! I do have Bite’s Bellini though so I don’t know if I can justify the purchase.
I think you’re covered 🙂
I find my self ohhing and awing at all of these and trying to narrow them down at each post. I love them all! I guess with these, I’ll have to do the look at dupes and try them on. But, I am love, loving Raspberrry and Spring pink. Do you look bad in any color Christine? lol. I don’t think I have once seen you look off in a shade!
Yellow! Green!
Not that many yellow and green lippies. So,you’re lucking out!
Not my colors but glad they got good scores
Always nice to have more good options to choose from!
Beautiful pinks, but very dupeable.
True!
Spring Pink is such a happy pink, I like it a lot!
Yay!
Raspberry pink is of course my favorite!
It’s a pretty one!
Spring Pink looks really good….for spring! Not something I’d be inclined to wear now, nor till around late March- early April. At present, I’m really digging my deep or brownish or plummy shades. I LOVE this time of year when the desert heat begins its welcomed hiatus!
Thank goodness they’re permanent!
Raspberry Pink is gorgeous!! I love this formula, such a flatter look on the lips! <3
They look so smooth!
I really liked the formula. I don’t own any Bobbi B except those highlighters on the rocks from the Xmas collection last year. I don’t care for her makeup and find it expensive. But these were impressive. I bought one that I’m picking up for Saks’ Beauty Event with some Extra skin care moisturizers that I really like. I think I may have bought the Spring Pink. My receipt doesn’t say. I also bought the Pink Cloud I think it’s called liner. It has a lovely formula that glides on easily. I may well go back and get some more of these. I think I like better than the Nars even because I prefer glossier and creamier lipsticks.
It seems to be winning people over! Happy to hear you also like it, Liz!
Christina, Is the Rasberry the same color as Rasberry Rich Lip color? I just thought they were the same colors in a different formula? Not sure.
Christine. Sorry spelled your name wrong!
I’m not sure that I have Raspberry – I have Cosmic Raspberry, which is a bit darker.
All beautiful pink colors.
They are!
These look gorgeous on you. I just received Pink Guava. This formulation has to be one of my favorite lipsticks, even better than Tom Ford, Guerlain, at least the ones I own. The packaging is beautiful. The color, while more for spring, is so opaque. It barely touched my lips and there was full coverage. Next up is Neutral Rose.
That is awesome to hear, Lorrie! Pretty amazing to beat all those high-end lipsticks!
I might need Spring Pink. I have Buxom Mistress and I love the shade – one of the few true pinks that actually looks good on me! – but it’s a mini, and it smushes really easily, so I don’t bother with it that often.
I was surprised Mistress was never added to the full range!
Beautiful colors! I love Spring Pink but Raspberry Pink is gorgeous!
