Urban Decay Sparkle Out Loud Collection is for glitter lovers first and foremost (duh!).  The 24/7 Eyeliners and Hi-Fi Lip Glosses were my favorites to work with, as they were pretty true to form and consistent with how they’re marketed.

The Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliners are fun to use as top coats over your favorite eyeliner or eyeshadow, and they’re a finer, smaller particle sized glitter compared to the Heavy Metal Glitter Gels, so they were less irritating for me to wear.  The Glitter Gels had very little fallout but included much larger glitter pieces, so even just one dropping into my eye or settling on my lashes (near the lash line) could be irritating enough to make my eyes water.

My top picks are Disco Queen and Hot Love Hi-Fi Lip Glosses and Disco Daydream Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner, which I find a versatile top coat that works over just about anything.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

It’s surely just me, but this sooooo underwhelmed me. And yet did so well on your rating for quality, so perhaps if one day I’m in need of such “glitter” for a makeover, I’ll be interested, but I’m just not into this anymore.
