Urban Decay Volume is a slightly warm-toned, light copper with a glitter finish. It is a permanent eyeliner that retails for $21.00 and contains 0.25 oz.
Urban Decay Volume Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner ($21.00 for 0.25 oz.) has a clear base with copper, pink-to-peach shifting glitter, and looked almost holographic to my eye. The consistency was lightweight, thin, and watery, but the glitter moved evenly across the area I applied it to without having to fuss too much with it. The pigmentation was more semi-sheer (as intended) and could be built up slightly, though I'd recommend removing the wiper (black component in the opening) to just get more product out at once. There were just a couple of stray glitters after eight hours of wear.
