Urban Decay XX Vice LTD Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette ($56.00 for 0.60 oz.) includes twenty eyeshadows that celebrate the brand's 20-year history; some shades are from many years ago (and have been discontinued for awhile), others are part of the current range, and a few are new to the palette. I think it's a solid palette overall, but it's one that begs for primer. I have discovered that over the last year or two that more often than not, Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes need primer to function well, whereas in the past, I did not have that much trouble using them without primer, but a lot of the more recent iterations have been thinner, dustier, or looser as a whole, which makes them prone to sheering out without a smooth base to adhere to.
