Rare Beauty Praise & Blessed With Gratitude Lip Balms Reviews & Swatches
Praise
Rare Beauty Praise With Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm ($16.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a lighter, peachy-coral with strong, warm orange undertones paired with a luminous sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that applied fairly evenly, though it wasn’t perfection and settled slightly–but noticeably–into my deeper lip lines.
The consistency was lightly creamy, almost like a gel-based formula, as it glided easily across my lips with moderate slip but wasn’t as slippery on as I would have expected. The coverage was much, much higher than marketed and hard to sheer out without losing the finish and creating even more unevenness in application. It lasted for three hours and felt lightly moisturizing over time.

It's supposed to be a "hydrating lip balm with a kiss of dewy, builable color." They have a lightweight, creamy consistency that felt a bit more like creamy gel with moderate slip but decent application. A few shades could applied more evenly or stayed out my deeper lip lines better, though.
The bigger "downside" to the formula was that most shades were more medium to semi-opaque, buildable, rather than "sheer color, soft shine" and then buildable. They lasted between two and four hours and felt lightly hydrating, but there was a beachy, floral scent and a slight taste.

Blessed
Rare Beauty Blessed With Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm ($16.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a light-medium, slightly brighter pink with moderate, warm undertones and a lightly luminous sheen. It seemed to have very faint pearl–just had more of sheen to it–than other shades in the range.
It had more medium, buildable coverage paired with moderate slip, so the color did not apply as evenly as it could have and was less forgiving of lip lines/lip texture. The consistency was lightweight, more like a gel-cream, so it had glide and slip but was comfortable to wear. It lasted for two and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.

Not shades I need, thank goodness. For Praise, which I do like a bit more, I have the superior performing BB Juicy Date. Blessed would probably just not look that great on me even if the formula was better.
Very popular shades, but I think they could be a lot better as there is a great deal of competition surrounding these colours.
