Urban Decay Weho Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a bright, peony pink with moderate, warm undertones and a cream finish. The texture was lightweight, more like a balm-lipstick hybrid, so it was slightly stiff initially but softened and glided on as it warmed up against my lips.
There was a light tackiness present once it was, though it wasn't thick at all. This shade had nearly opaque color coverage that lasted well for four and a half hours and felt moisturizing over time.
