Urban Decay High Vibes 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) has a blackened-brown base with warmer, olive undertones and flecks of goldish-green and emerald green sparkle and micro-glitter. It had semi-sheer coverage in a single layer, which applied unevenly and did not build up as well as it should have.
The sparkly/glittery bits seemed to push the underlying base color around and seemed more responsible for the poorer application of the product as a whole. The texture was not as smooth (due to the sparkle/micro-glitter!) and seemed a bit drier than most of the brand's pencils. It stayed on for eight hours before fading/thinning and had light fallout as well.
