Urban Decay Deep End 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a brighter, light-medium blue-teal with cool undertones and a soft, metallic sheen. It had good color coverage in a single layer, which was impressive as I find a lot of liners can seem pigmented in practice but often look less-than-opaque in that "single stroke" swatch.
The texture was smooth, lightly creamy, and comfortable to work with as it didn't feel too wet but remained smudgeable for a good 20 to 30 seconds. It wore nicely for 10 hours before thinning visibly.
