Lethal Cosmetics Threshold Side FX Gel Liner ($15.50 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium-dark, bluish-teal with cool undertones and a matte finish. It was intensely pigmented with a smooth, fluid consistency that was gel-like, which gave it great glide, but it dried down quickly and stayed in place well. I noticed that the dry down seemed to emphasize my lash line texture a bit, though it wasn't apparent from a normal viewing distance. It stayed on nicely for over 10 hours.
