Tower 28 Golden Hour BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blush ($20.00 for 0.158 oz.) is a vibrant, medium orange with moderate, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. I was impressed by how dewy the finish was yet the formula dried down, so it wasn't as prone to sliding around during wear as some other glossier, cream-based formulas can be.
It had semi-sheer to medium, buildable color coverage that took two to three layers for mostly opaque pigmentation if desired. The texture was moderately emollient, lightweight, and creamy without being overly thin or slippery, which made it easy to apply and blend out but allowed me to work with precision and maintain some of the intensity from the initial layer. As a cream blush, it worked well over bare skin and on top of foundations as it did not lift up base products. It wore nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.
As a lip product, it had more medium coverage to start and built up from there. It seemed to dry down more noticeably and had less of a sheen than it did as a cheek color. The product applied fairly evenly but was more prone to separating along my lip lines/catching on imperfections. It lasted for two and a half hours and felt non-drying over time.
