ColourPop So Cosmo Cheek Dew Serum Blush ($7.00 for 0.48 oz.) is a medium orange with strong, warm undertones and a soft sheen. It had a very fluid consistency that was non-sticky and emollient, but it was just overly fluid and seemed runny.
The product slid around my skin, especially during application, so it was one of the harder cream blushes I've had the unpleasant experience to test. These types of products are often billed as effortless, but I tried so many ways to get this to apply evenly and to build up coverage to no avail. It always had patchy areas where the color had moved around or lifted away, and this was true over bare skin as well as over foundation. It had sheer coverage, which wasn't buildable, and showed signs of fading after five hours of wear.
