Tower 28 Happy Hour BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blush ($20.00 for 0.158 oz.) is a bright, medium-dark pink with warmer undertones and a dewy finish. The texture felt lightly emollient, more like a traditional cream blush so it wasn't too thin or too slippery, which helped it apply nicely over bare skin as well as over foundation without being prone to lifting up products it was layered on top of.
It had semi-sheer, buildable color payoff that applied evenly and blended out beautifully as a cream blush. The finish was dewy despite the formula drying down and no longer feeling emollient within 20 seconds of application. The product lasted well for eight and a half hours on my cheeks.
As a lip product, it had more medium, buildable color coverage that applied fairly evenly and wasn't as prone to catching on my lip imperfections as other shades in the range but was not as flattering as other lip products on the market due to the thinner feel on my lips. It stayed on well for three and a half hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating.
