Echo

Echo is a deep, muted navy blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff paired with a thinner texture that was prone to patchiness, though it didn't seem as streaky as other thin shades. I also felt like it was a bit more pigmented and easier to apply than the permanent version, though they both were shades I struggled to apply overall.
