Neon Orange #8 is a bright, medium-dark pink with subtle, neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was lightly powdery, so there was some fallout if I wasn't careful to tap off the excess prior to applying, but it was blendable and wasn't prone to sheering out. It had nearly opaque pigmentation that applied well to bare skin and lasted well for eight and a half hours on me. There was a bit of staining left over but wasn't too noticeable (relative to shades like Neon Orange #6!).
