Neon Green #4 is a medium, muted pink-peach base with gold and pink sparkle over a frosted finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a soft, lightly creamy texture that was dense but didn't seem too firmly pressed into the pan. The eyeshadow applied fairly well to bare skin and blended out nicely. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading noticeably.
