Neon Green #5 is a bright, iridescent green with cool-to-warmer green shift paired with a pearly sheen. It had medium pigmentation but had a more emollient, thinner feel to it that I felt worked best with fingertips over brushes--even applied with a wet brush, it had room for improvement. It lasted nicely for seven and a half hours on me before fading visibly.
