Neon Green #2 is a light-medium yellow with moderate, warm undertones and a lightly sparkling, frosted finish. The texture was denser, firmer, and thicker in the pan, which made it hard to pick up with a brush--it was better suited for application using fingertips as even a wet brush struggled to really smooth out the product on my lid. It had good pigmentation initially but weakened after two uses (as the surface of the pan compacted). It lasted for eight hours on me before creasing faintly.
