Neon Green #8 is a soft, light-medium pink-coral with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had good color coverage with a soft, lightly powdery texture that had some fallout during application. It was dry enough that it looked that way when applied. The eyeshadow lasted nicely for seven and a half hours on me before fading.
