Dior Cloudy Matte (380) is a very cool-toned, medium lavender with a satin finish. It is a limited edition lipstick that retails for $35.00 and contains 0.12 oz.

Editor's Review

Dior Cloudy Matte (380) Rouge Dior Lipstick ($35.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a light-medium lavender with cool undertones and a natural finish. It had good color coverage, which applied fairly evenly, but some of the color pulled into lip lines due to a more emollient consistency of the formula. I would not call this matte, as there was a definite shine to it. The color lasted for four and a half hours, and it was neither drying nor hydrating. This was the best of the Pastel Mattes, as it had the most even coverage; the cooler undertone of it made it harder to dupe. MAC Evening Buzz (LE, $19.00) is darker (85% similar). MAC Flatter Me Fierce (LE, $19.00) is darker, cooler (90% similar). NYX Lavender (P, $6.00) is lighter, glossier (85% similar). MAC Love & Cherished (P, $19.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar). KVD Beauty Coven (DC, $21.00) is lighter, warmer (85% similar). KVD Beauty Zero (LE, $21.00) is darker, more muted, warmer (80% similar). MAC Galaxy Grey (DC, $21.00) is darker, more muted (80% similar). Anastasia Clover (P, $20.00) is darker, less glossy (80% similar). Make Up For Ever C502 (DC, $22.00) is darker, more muted (80% similar). LORAC Brunch Queen (LE, $17.00) is warmer (80% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.

This is like basically a white lipstick with a wash of purple haha. It's still pretty, but if you aren't into pastels for example, you should probably stay away. I love greys, purples, blues, and teals. These are the colors I tend to buy for lipstick. When I saw this online, I thought it was the prettiest color ever, so I immediately ordered it. It's definitely a nice formula and the packaging is super luxurious. It goes on nicely, super pigmented. It transfers though, and it never dries. So if you're drinking out of a glass, expect your lip prints to show on the glass. I really wish this was more on the lavender side, but it's basically four shades lighter than what you see on the screen. I'm going to get a couple more shades and see if they're deceptive, too. If not, then I'll be really happy because these are beautiful lipsticks to have in your collection. I didn't even want to put it on because of how perfect it looked brand new.
