Speed Dial is a medium-dark brown with warm, orange undertones and a semi-matte finish. It didn't dry as matte as most of ColourPop's Ultra Mattes have in the past, but it was transfer-proof, and I didn't have any issues with the color lifting if I pressed my lips together. The shine finally worn down after an hour or so of wear. The pigmentation was great, while the texture was smooth, not too thick or too thin (but one of the thinner liquid lipstick formulas nevertheless) an spread well across the lips. It wore for almost eight hours with minimal fading, but it was a bit drying.
