ColourPop On the Fly Jelly Much Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a brighter, pinky-plum with warm undertones and a sparkling sheen. The eyeshadow had rich color payoff in a single layer, which adhered evenly and blended out nicely along the edges on bare skin.
The texture was wet to the touch, almost cooling, but it wasn't so watery that it sheered out instantly. It dried down to a budge-proof finish as it was still going strong after 10 hours of wear.
