ColourPop Exit Creme Gel Liner
ColourPop Exit Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “true bright white.” It’s a bright white with neutral-to-cool undertones and a matte finish. It was mostly opaque in a single stroke, and it was buildable to totally opaque coverage. The texture was creamy and glided on without tugging on the lash line. It lasted for nine hours on me. ColourPop Exit (DC, $7.00) is cooler, lower quality (95% similar). Urban Decay Bump (P, $22.00) is warmer (95% similar). About Face High Altitude (P, $13.00) is darker (95% similar). ColourPop Exit Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a “true bright white.” It is a bright white with cool undertones and a matte finish; it seemed more matte and a little starker compared to the pencil version. The consistency is lightly creamy with enough slip to glide across the skin with an angled liner brush without skipping, but it dries down very quickly so there isn’t a lot of room for error or blending out edges. Once dry, it was still going strong after ten hours of wear. Make Up For Ever M16 Matte White (P, $21.00)(100% similar). MAC Fascinating (P, $21.00) is lighter (95% similar). NARS Santa Monica Blvd. (P, $24.00) is brighter (95% similar). Stila Alpine (P, $22.00) is brighter (95% similar). ColourPop Exit (P, $7.00) is warmer, better quality (95% similar). Fenty Beauty Wet Tshirt (LE, ) is warmer (95% similar). Urban Decay Bump (P, $22.00) is warmer (95% similar). MAC Polar Ice (P, $17.00) is more shimmery, more muted (90% similar). ColourPop Punch Creme Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is described as a “brilliant canary yellow.” It’s a bright, sunshine yellow with a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single pass (which is impressive for any liner, especially a yellow one!). The texture of the pencil was soft, smooth, and creamy, which helped it apply smoothly and evenly on the lash line. The color wore well for eight and a half hours before thinning. ColourPop Punch (DC, $7.00) is darker (95% similar). Sephora Banana Split (10) (DC, $10.00) is darker (95% similar). ColourPop Marigold (LE, $7.00) is darker, warmer (80% similar). ColourPop Punch Creme Gel Colour ($6.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a “brilliant canary yellow.” It’s a bright, sunshine yellow with a matte finish. It’s totally opaque, and the texture was lightly creamy without being too slippery, which helped it yield really smooth, even, opaque coverage yet it didn’t drag or skip. When I wore it, the color was still going strong after ten hours of wear. Sephora Banana Split (10) (DC, $10.00) is lighter (95% similar). ColourPop Punch (P, $7.00) is lighter (95% similar). I never knew I wanted a yellow eyeliner.
Haha <3
Well, these definitely aren’t my colors and not sure how to wear these, but glad they got great scores for people who can pull these off.
I bet they’d be great for a very graphic eyeliner look!
Punch is VERY cool!
It is!
Have you tried Exit on the waterline? I’m looking for a good stark white and a lighter nude for waterlining.
The liner is easier to get on the waterline than the creme, but the creme would last longer!
Good to know because I’m wondering how well the gel pot holds up compared to my MAC Chromaline Pure White pot.
Man, I would LOVE to play around and have some fun with Punch 😀
I bet it would be a gorgeous shade on you!!
Interesting. It’d be nice if I had ColourPop here 😀 Yellow is nice.
One day, I hope!
Again, ColourPop nailed the formula and pigment, and of a very difficult shade to get right at that! Yellow can be a tough one!
Sadly, I don’t believe that yellow eyeliner would do anything for me or my eye color, except to make me look jaundiced. Yellow can easily do that to me, so I steer clear of it in makeup, although I will wear it in clothing.
Yellow is tough! I’m so glad they did it well at least.
They both look great. Punch is so fabulously bright. I’m defintely going to have to get that one.
I hope you’ll share a look with how you wear it, Rachel!
I was just thinking how refreshing it is to see less expensive beauty products perform well! Good for ColourPop and good for the consumer!
Right? ColourPop is a fave!
Wow – these are really bright and I could see how some darker complexions would rock these colours. And a great rating too.
These are fun shades!
Ooh fun shades!
They are!
Do you think Exit could be used as a base like Nyx Milk (which turns into a creased, greasy mess on me after 2 hours)?
It dries down VERY quickly and is hard to blend on top of.
Is it just me? How come Color Pop can pull these off (at least in swatches) but yet big named brands so often seem to fail? And for a fraction of the price! Crazy!
It does make you wonder!
Love the yellow ones. I’d look horrid using them, but they sure are fun!
They are fun ;D
