Urban Decay When Doves Cry Kajal Eyeliner ($25.00 for 0.09 oz.) is an off-white with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-sheer color coverage in a single pass, and it did not build up well. I found the product tended to bunch up and flake in places, which made it impossible to get an even layer of product. The texture was firmer, denser in the pencil and very thin, lightweight, which had a more instant-matte feel once on my skin (not as waxy or as creamy as most pencil eyeliners on the market). There were signs of fading present after seven hours of wear.
