Wet Tshirt is a bright white with neutral undertones and a matte finish. It had medium pigmentation, which wasn't buildable due to the patchy, uneven lay down of product. The texture was very spreadable, as it was thin and runny, but it was harder to control and harder yet to keep from spreading into fine lines for me as the dry down took longer. On me, the eyeliner stayed in place for 10 hours without fading or flaking.
