Comments that do not adhere to our comment policy may be removed. Discussion and debate are highly encouraged but we expect community members to participate respectfully. Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.

Look you loved this week?: Yesterday I dusted off my ND Star palette and mixed it with shades from the Safari and Sunrise palette. I also used my Darya Blush palette and paired with L’Oréal Infallible Lip Paint in Spicy Blush. It turned out to be a pretty nude look, but I loved it.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: I remembered this week how much I like my ND mini bronze and glow palette. The shade of that bronzer is really close to what I want, tho, I am itching to try a red toned bronzer to see if it looks more natural on my skin tone. All bronzers look too orange or muddy on me.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Excited to use my Star palette again! I also received a mini Sephora Creme Lip Stain the last time I ordered from Sephora and I’d really like to try it out.

Look you loved this week: EYES: ColourPop Flutter By Palette (Wild Wing as transition, Getaway on lid, Sunflare on inner corners, Mariposa on outer V) plus the purple shade Flow* from CP’s Good Sport palette to deepen crease and outer V. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Perversion to tightline upper lash line, Chanel Stylo Yeux in Charme on bottom lash line, ColourPop Precision Brow Colour in Cool Cocoa, Rimmel Retro Glam Mascara. // FACE: Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup, Lancôme Effacernes Concealer, Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder, Chanel Joues Contraste Blush in Pink Explosion, Dior Nude Luminizer on cheekbones, Guerlain Meteorite Pearls. // LIPS: MAC Soar.

Any new or old favorites discovered? (1) I discovered how travel-friendly LM Caviar Sticks really are. I didn’t take any eye palettes on my trip to Disney, just a few Caviar Sticks. It was a great space saver idea, also because I didn’t have to bring any eye brushes. I could do my eyes first thing in the morning and they looked great through an entire day at the parks without any touch-ups. Caviar Sticks are my new favorites for travel. (2) I switched out shades from two ColourPop palettes: Flutter By’s glitter shade Overpacked and Good Sport’s purple shade Flow*. I hate the glitters, so having this nice purple instead makes Flutter By one of my top favorite palettes, and Good Sport is a palette I never use.

*Note: I know there’s some confusion between the shades Flow and Trophies in the Good Sport palette. In mine, Flow is the purple one.

Any product you’re hoping to use next week? Guerlain Rouge G lipstick in the shade #06. It’s a very pretty everyday shade that I haven’t used in ages.

Look you loved this week?: caught sight of myself yesterday smiling in a mirror and was surprised by how animated but also really good I looked! All the basic stuff of moisturizer and concealer but on my lips, UD Love Drunk, eyes – the taupe and brown shadows from Dior’s Celebrate in Gold 5-pan, with Marc Jacobs BrownOut to line and MAC Sweet Sentiment on my cheeks. I don’t know why it all looked so nice, but it did.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: Smashbox Minimalist palette (love it) and also just now wearable UD Love Drunk is if I apply it with a lip brush and use Elizabeth Arden lip primer first.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I want to get more use from the Celebrate in Gold palette. Also, the bronzers/highlighters from the old Estee Edit Gritty and Glow palette. Seeing some of the highlighters you’ve showcased in the last week or two has me thinking I should be using those unabashedly (it’s only makeup, after all – it washes off!)

Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones

Look you loved this week?: I had purchased a new top – an unusual olive brown shade and decided to complement it with a olive toned eye look. I pulled out my old Dior Khaki 3 couleurs (an antique gold, an olive brown and olive green) and the bareMinerals The Scenic Route (a cream shade and the perfect olive shade Spectacular). I used the antique gold shade on the lid, the olive brown on the lower lid and Spectacular in the crease. I paired it with my CP’s Foolish lipstick.

Any new or old favorites discovered?: Dior’s Khaki 3 Colours and The Scenic Route

Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: More of my olive shades.
