The gel eyeliner formula is supposed to have "intense pigment" in "one-stroke application" that is smudge-proof, sweat-proof, and waterproof. I found they were medium to mostly opaque, fairly buildable, and long-wearing enough to hang with a good eyeliner but not extraordinarly long-wear.
Most of the shades had a smooth, glide-on texture that comfortably applied across my skin, lower lash line, and curvature of the lid without skipping or tugging, but they didn't crease/settle into fine lines as they dried down.
They tended to thin noticeably after eight to nine hours of wear, which is a little longer than typical, and I've had the longest wear for eyeliner closer to 10 to 12 hours, but most tend to wear around eight on me for reference.

Mostly pretty good quality – the navy blue shade is gorgeous.
Normally I don’t go for navy eyeliner, but Blue Is The New Black is utterly gorgeous in its intense, near black depth! This is a navy that would get a lot of use from me, I know.
